Library Journal Review

Gray's 1972 Holocaust remembrance was a smash best seller. He recalled his nightmarish life in the Warsaw ghetto and Treblinka camp, where his mother and brothers died, and his liberation only to find more tragedy years later with the death of his wife and four children in a fire. Gray found an inner strength to endure, which he tried to share with his readers. This edition contains a new intro by the author and a photo essay. (c) Copyright 2010.
